9th/10th Edition of CMR 780-Massachusetts Building Codes
The 10th Edition of the Massachusetts Building Code went into effect on October 11, 2024. The concurrency period has been extended to June 30, 2025. Permit applications will be accepted for either edition until June 30, 2025.
