The goal of Holbrook's Human Resource Department is to provide lawful guidance and direction, coordination and leadership to Town officials and departments; to assist in creating policies and procedures that will attract and maintain professional, knowledgeable, and innovative employees; to ensure a fair and equitable work environment and to serve as a resource for employee relations and development.
